As it’s a light, healthy & tasty recipe. You can add any vegetables of your choice such as mushrooms, carrots etc. Serve it with any dip or sauce of your choice.
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small capsicum chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 red chili powder
- 1 tsp oil or butter
- In a bowl add chopped vegetables, salt & red chili powder & give it a mix
- Add chickpea flour & mix
- Add water gradually & mix, make a smooth semi thick batter
- In a flat non stick pan, pour & spread oil
- Pour the pancake batter & cook it for 1 minute
- Flip and cook for another 1 minute
- Take out & serve hot.
