Chickpeas are an amazing source of protein & fiber. Eating chickpeas helps to give you energy, improves your digestion & keeps your heart healthy. Chickpea flour with vegetables pancake is an easy recipe that you can make for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

As it’s a light, healthy & tasty recipe. You can add any vegetables of your choice such as mushrooms, carrots etc. Serve it with any dip or sauce of your choice.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small capsicum chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 red chili powder
  • 1 tsp oil or butter

Instructions :

  • In a bowl add chopped vegetables, salt & red chili powder & give it a mix
  • Add chickpea flour & mix
  • Add water gradually & mix, make a smooth semi thick batter
  • In a flat non stick pan, pour & spread oil
  • Pour the pancake batter & cook it for 1 minute
  • Flip and cook for another 1 minute
  • Take out & serve hot.
